Office Staff & Customer Service Position    

Work includes customer service & sales, order processing, Amazon, telephones, emails, online chat, (plus occasional shipping/receiving if necessary), and other office duties as assigned.  

Projects/tasks complexity varies and may be assigned according to your ability, interest, current skills and ambition. Must be computer/internet literate. 

We will train the right person on our systems and programs.

The current available position includes but not limited to: 

Office tasks: Answering emails and phones, dealing with customers and vendor questions/inquiries online. Includes sales. Recording, updating, tracking and processing received orders/products/freight/returns.   Handle credit card processing. Researching, filing and keeping track of product information.  Etc. 

Physical tasks: (Sometimes required, but not regularly.) Pulling ordered stock, boxing, packing, labeling, shipping and occasional taking of boxes to UPS/ US Post Office, as a fill-in if/when needed.  

Will include other tasks as needed, when needed, by our growing company.

Must have reliable vehicle, able to travel in Montana during winter and summer, work in our office near Rexford.

Must have computer & internet access from home.

We expect to provide training to the right individual, but you must be efficient and self motivated and able to effectively work alone & without supervision.

 

Hourly wage after training will vary according to ability and skill level. 
We estimate currently 20-24 hours/week.    No benefits at this time.  
Our current needs: 
Mondays through Wednesdays 8-4 at our office 
     - Plus (or more hours as arranged)
Also potential for full-time hours and advancement to management.
